WARTHIN’S TUMOR: SYNCHRONOUS, IN BILATERAL PAROTID GLAND AND NASOPHARYNX

Abstract
Warthin's tumor (WT) is the second most common benign salivary gland neoplasm after pleomorphic adenoma. The great majority of WTs occurs in the parotid gland and periparotid lymph nodes. Extraparotid localization of WT is rare. In this case report, WT which is located in bilateral parotid gland and nasopharynx synchronously is mentioned.

Özet
Warthin tümörü (WT) pleomorfik adenom sonrası ikinci en sık görülen benign tükürük bezi neoplazmıdır. WT’nün büyük çoğunluğu parotis bezi ve periparotid lenf nodlarında ortaya çıkar. WT’nün ekstraparotid lokalizasyonu nadir görülmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda bilateral parotis bezinde ve nazofarenkste senkronize olarak yer alan WT’nden bahsedilmiştir.
